Terms & Conditions
Your personal information is only collected for the purpose of fulfilling and delivering your order. This information is not passed on to any third parties. Your credit card details are processed securely and no card details are stored.
After your order and payment is confirmed, we process your order and deliver as requested.
We deliver Monday – Friday between 11AM – 5.30PM. If there is no answer, our driver leaves the order securely at the front door. We cannot take responsibility for your order once it has been delivered.
If our driver cannot access the property due to locked gates, animals etc. they will bring the flowers back to the store to be collected. If you are wanting to organise an additional delivery this will incur another delivery fee.
In case of a change of mind purchase please know we don’t offer a full refund, we’re happy to provide a store credit instead. If a product is received with a major fault or defect, we will offer a replacement or a refund.
