Best timeframe for booking a wedding?
There is no set rule for a timeframe when booking a wedding. Our biggest recommendation is – don't leave it to the last minute! For us, a great timeframe is approximately a year in advance, and booking a follow-up consultation a month or so prior to the wedding.
What happens to the flowers after an event?
Our recommendation is to let your guests take home the flowers on the night. We provide complimentary paper on request, which we can leave with the venue after we have finished our flower bump-in. This is a wonderful way to let your guests enjoy the beauty of the flowers at home after the event.
Can we organise bump-out ourselves?
Absolutely. It's a great idea to delegate someone who will collect all the vases and hired equipment after the event. We can organise a run sheet of the hired items that can be followed to ensure nothing is missed. Please note, we require these items to be returned to our shopfront within 7 days of your wedding date.
Can I pick up bouquets and boutonnieres in-store?
Yes! Whether they are for an elopement or a small-scale wedding, we are happy to offer collection in-store for these items.
Do you hire out floral stands and other equipment?
Yes, we do. This includes signage stands, plinths, arbours, candles, and vases.
Trend or timeless?
This is a frequent question that we hear – do I follow trends or stick to something more timeless? For us, we think it's always great to be inspired by trends, but ultimately choosing a style that rings true to you and something you love. A balanced approach is often our advice on this one.
Do you travel for setup?
Yes, we are happy to travel to set up your wedding. If you are unsure if we will be able to travel to your wedding location, please reach out and we will let you know.
As always, our dedicated team is here to answer your questions. If you have several questions to be answered, we recommend booking a consultation over the phone or in-store.
We can also answer your questions regarding sizing, prices, and design options in our Floral Styling guide, which we can personally email across.
